Overview: Reserve wide receiver who lettered in 2001 because of his work with the special teams...saw action in all 12 games on special teams, as well as three games played at receiver...saw his most action in the Humanitarian Bowl against Louisiana Tech, he played 14 snaps in that game...played two snaps against Wofford and three in last year's final home game against Duke...primarily used on the kickoff return team, he was a big reason Clemson led the ACC in kickoff return average...had a terrific spring, he capped it off with a game-high six catches for 54 yards in the Spring Game...sixth highest vertical on the team with a 37.5" jump...also 18th on the team in power index this past winter.
In High School: Came to Clemson in the fall of 1998...played high school football under Timard Gates at C.A. Johnson in Columbia...quite an athlete, he also lettered in baseball, basketball, track, cross country and tennis...all-region in track and cross country in 1996-97, he was also the team MVP those years...born Nov. 4, 1980 in Columbia, SC...majoring in animal science.
