2006-07
Outdoor: Competed primarily in the 5000m...top time was 15:09.91 at the Georgia Tech Invitational...also competed in the 1500m on occasion, with his best performance a 4:02.05 at the Western Carolina Invitational. Indoor: Competed in the 3000m and 5000m...top time in the 5000m was 14:58.93 at the Clemson Invitational. Cross Country: Won the individual title at the Clemson Invitational and helped the Tigers to their fifth straight team championship in the event...named ACC Performer of the Week for his efforts...his 8K time in that race was 25:54.3...scored at Greater Louisville Classic, then broke the 25:00 mark at Pre-Nationals...scored for Tigers at ACCs with 42nd-place finish...finished 41st at regionals, the #3 finisher for Clemson at that event.
2005-06
Indoor and Outdoor: Red-shirted. Cross Country: First-year freshman competed in four out of five events for the Tigers, including the ACC Championship...scored for the Tigers at the Great American Classic, finishing 50th overall...best 8K time of the year came in the ACC Championships at 25:29.2...finished 21st at the Clemson Invitational.

Selected as 2004 team MVP...earned four county and four regional titles...four-time letterwinner in cross country and three-time letterwinner in track.
