Clemson Highlights
1998-99: Won the triple jump at the ACC Indoor Championships, setting the Clemson record with a personal-best mark of 52'5 1/4"...qualified for the indoor national championships, where he placed 12th in the triple jump...also placed third in the high jump at the meet after clearing an indoor season-best 6'10 3/4"...placed third in the high jump at the Clemson Opener indoors...was third in the triple jump at the Clemson Invitational indoors...earned All-ACC honors after placing second with a personal-best mark of 7'1" in the high jump at the conference outdoor meet...placed fourth in the triple jump (49'7") at the ACC Outdoor Championships... placed second in the triple jump at the Clemson Invitational outdoors, recording an outdoor season-best mark of 50'9 3/4"...won the triple jump and placed second in the high jump at the Clemson Relays to open the outdoor season.
1997-98: Placed third in the triple jump with a mark of 49' 8 1/4" at the ACC Indoor Championships...at the Clemson Invitational indoors, placed third in the high jump, fourth in the triple jump and sixth in the long jump...jumped 49'1" in the triple jump at the ACC/SEC meet to take sixth place...placed third in the triple jump at the ACC outdoor meet with a mark of 48' 10 1/4"...was sixth in the high jump at the league outdoor meet, jumping 6'8"...was fourth in the triple jump at the Clemson Invitational outdoors.
1996-97: Earned All-ACC honors in the triple jump at the indoor and outdoor conference championships...during the ACC indoor championships, finished second with a personal best 50'1 1/4" in the triple jump, which ranks him fourth on the all-time performers list...walked away with top honors at the Virginia Tech Invitational in the high jump, clearing 6'9"...at the outdoor conference championships, finished second in the triple jump with a mark of 48'10"...claimed the victory in the triple jump at the Clemson Invitational.

Coached by Maurice Campbell...an honor roll student at A.C. Flora High School...as a prep, had a personal best 6'10" high jump...was the South Carolina State champion in the high jump...had a 48'0" triple jump that earned him the South Carolina State championship.
