Outdoor: Top intermediate hurdler on the team...best time was 1:01.39 at the Solid Orange Classic...ran in the event at the ACC Championships and posted a time of 1:01.64 in the prelims...ran third leg with the Lady Tigers' 4x400m relay team at the conference meet. Indoor: Top 400m runner on the team...her best time was 57.21 at the ACC Championships...also competed with the 4x400m relay team at ACCs, where the group posted a time of 3:44.77...she ran first leg with that group.

2005-06
Outdoor: Owned the top four times of the season for the Lady Tigers in the 400m hurdles...season-best time of 59.58 seconds came at the ACC Championships, where she finished fourth and just missed out on her first All-ACC honor...also posted a regional mark at the Yellow Jacket Invitational with a time of 1:00.45...helped 4x400m team qualify for regionals with time of 3:41.81 at the Aggie Last Chance Meet...helped 4x100m relay team to a time of 46.37 at ACCs. Indoor: Posted Clemson's top times in both the 200m and 400m...season-best efforts for both came at the ACC Championships, she had a 25.07 in the 200m and 56.56 in the 400m...part of Clemson's 4x400m relay team that posted its fastest time of the season at the ACC meet...also had the second-best 60m mark on the team.

2004-05
Outdoor: Ran third leg of Clemson's ACC Champion 4x400m relay team...along with Silja Ulfarsdottir, Randi Hinton, and Tia Perry, ran a time of 3:40.25 to not only win the conference championship, but also qualify for the NCAA East Region Championships...that team ran a 3:39.09 at regionals, its best time of the season...finished seventh overall at regionals...part of all three outdoor relay teams (4x100, 4x200, 4x400)...ran a 45.46 with the 4x100m relay team at the Clemson Relays, which was a regional qualifying mark...also competed in the 100m and 400m hurdles for Clemson...best time in the 100m was a 14.32 at the Solid Orange Classic...ran a 1:00.79 in the finals of the 400m hurdles at the ACC Championships and finished fifth overall...her performance qualified her for the East Region Championship in the event...at regionals, she had a time of 1:02.99 but did not advance to the finals. Indoor: Competed in the 200m, 400m, 60m hurdles, and relay events for Clemson...along with Silja Ulfarsdottir, Jessica Cousins, and Randi Hinton, posted a season-best time of 3:34.76 at the Iowa State Last Chance meet to post its best of four NCAA qualifying marks...team ran a 3:36.14 for a ninth-place showing at the NCAA Championships...finished second at the ACC Championships with a provisional qualifying effort of 3:41.02...finished eighth at the ACC Championships after posting a time of 57.10 in the 400m dash...season-best time of 55.62 in the 400m earned her a second-place finish at the Kentucky Invitational...best time in the 200m dash was a 25.19 at the Iowa State meet...best 60m hurdle effort of the season was a 8.86 in the Clemson Opener.

Helped lead Landmark Christian to four state titles...won region and state titles in the 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, 4x100m, and 4x400m relays all four years of high school...won the 2003 USATF Junior Nationals (young women) in the 400m hurdles...intermediate girls champion in the 100m hurdles and 400m hurdles at the USATF Junior Olympics Nationals...Bob Fowler Award Class A state record-holder in the 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, 4x100m and 4x400m relay...2004 track woman of the year by the Atlanta Track Club for the 100m hurdles and 4x400m relay...featured in Sports Illustrated's Faces in the Crowd in July 2004...recipient of the Barbara Burton Award for the most outstanding female of the year in the state of Georgia...the Atlanta Journal Constitution's Female Track Athlete of the year...member of the Atlanta Journal Constitution's All-State team...first track athlete to win state championships in every event entered in high school career from ninth grade to senior year...earned four varsity letters each in cheerleading and track...earned two varsity letters in basketball.
